**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize computer databases to verify and document information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in an office setting environment using a telephone and computer.
  • An education level of at least a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, within operating hours.

**Physical Requirements/Work Environment:**

  • Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer.
  • Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers and floor activity.
