About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of water infrastructure projects, from design and construction to rehabilitation and maintenance. You will be responsible for leading technical teams, developing design drawings and specifications, and providing technical direction to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical teams on large-scale water infrastructure projects
- Develop design drawings, specifications, and front-end contractual documents
- Provide technical direction to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and implement sustainable water management solutions
- B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of experience in water infrastructure design and engineering
- Strong technical expertise in water and wastewater linear infrastructure design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and delegate to team members
