Key Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute communication and messaging strategies that inform, educate, and engage employees, directly contributing to the company's primary goals and business strategy.
  • Drive the narrative around employee value propositions, reinforcing Panasonic Energy's core values and enhancing its reputation as a premier global employer.
  • Provide strategic communications guidance, including the creation and implementation of communication plans, key messaging development, and facilitation of internal events to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Establish a cohesive internal communications strategy to disseminate information and raise awareness of key company priorities and change initiatives across all levels and locations.
  • Foster interactive components and opportunities for two-way dialogue between employees and leadership, while leading measurement efforts for employee communication effectiveness.
  • Oversee internal communication platforms, including email, digital signage, intranet, mobile applications, and social media.
  • Plan and create engaging content and narratives to communicate both short-term and long-term strategies that resonate with employees and attract potential talent.
  • Benchmark and identify best practices in employee communication, branding, and overall experience.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field, along with five years of relevant experience in a Marketing or Communications role; or seven years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in internal communications within a manufacturing context.
  • Ability to build rapport and partnerships at all organizational levels while driving towards consensus.
  • Experience in developing communication strategies and programs.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for corporate communications.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong cross-functional partnership aptitude.
  • Experience in developing talent and fostering team member success and growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as relevant to the position.
