Position Overview:


The purpose of the Logistics Operations Leader is to oversee, develop, and coordinate the execution of all merchandise processing within a specific functional area or division of the operation, which includes multiple departments.


Responsibilities:
Ensure operational functions run efficiently while achieving volume, service, and cost objectives.
Analyze operational phases to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Organize, develop, and lead a skilled team.
Collaborate with colleagues for strategic planning.
Engage and communicate with corporate counterparts.
Work alongside peers to uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:
