- Collaborate with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless patient care and achieve clinical outcomes.
- Work independently, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Prior experience in hemodialysis or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Valid Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) certification (nice-to-have).
