Compensation: $250,000 at plan
Key Responsibilities- Guide clients through the home purchasing journey, including budgeting and mortgage options
- Serve as the liaison between clients and listing agents to facilitate smooth transactions
- Draft representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases
- Organize showings, conduct home tours, and attend open houses
- Provide potential buyers with essential information about the local housing market
- Motivated realtors with exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Collaborative team player
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Preferred: 2+ years of real estate experience and 15-20 transactions
- A valid real estate license is mandatory
- Proven track record of successful real estate sales
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of experience as a buyer's agent or in a relevant real estate role
