Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled New Build Implementation Manager to join our team at Optimum. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing full end-to-end project milestones, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch sales goals in assigned areas.

Responsibilities
  • Manage communication between Business Development, sales, area/regional stakeholders, developers, and builders on project status and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with assigned business development reps to track joint trench dates, 1st home dates, and ensure projects are on track to meet milestone requirements.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for pre and post-release.
  • Organize and plan sales tactics, track post-release sell-in activity, and measure successes.
  • Provide information to regional operations teams for all projects to simplify and streamline information and improve milestone time frames.
  • Develop and implement new strategies, processes, and documentation.
  • Lead research activities and working sessions related to strategic expansion activities and prioritization with B2C and B2B sales teams, Growth team, Procurement, Government Affairs, Legal, and Construction as required.
  • Partner with Business Planning, Growth, and Area leaders to develop and update ROI models in support of New Build efforts.
  • Coordinate with Landlords, Business Development companies, and Legal to obtain, review, and update required documents.
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including executive program updates on New Build activity as required.
Qualifications
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficiency in using a Windows-based computer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong people and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and with others.
  • Ability to comply with all company-implemented safety procedures.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
