Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to lead our Task Order Systems Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the Cyber, Security, and Intelligence space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze user requirements, concepts of operations documents, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • Lead design and development activities, negotiating scope and resolving challenges via planning adjustments.
  • Provide visibility into progress and impediments, facilitating Task Order level processes and execution.
  • Facilitate problem-solving to manage risk, remove impediments, drive program-level continuous improvement, validate system characteristics, properties, and behaviors, and enable early feedback.
  • Assist users in formulating and refining requirements, advising alternative approaches and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, incorporating new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
  • Develop product architecture and product design documentation, guiding product development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of engineering management plans and integration and test plans.
  • Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
  • Responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the System Engineering area of responsibility.
  • Organize and execute product reviews within a multi-contractor program, supporting the enterprise RFC Process.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or STEM related field, or equivalent SME level work experience as a Systems Engineering Lead.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer on a similar type of Government effort.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
  • INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or Expert System Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification.
  • Working experience engineering solutions using Automation, Augmentation, and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the upstream and downstream processing of government and commercial imaging systems.
