Position Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in enhancing our business's growth and success. The primary responsibility of a CSR is to assist customers with a variety of inquiries, including product details, billing questions, and general concerns. Candidates must exhibit a strong dedication to delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

Work Environment: Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with availability required between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm Central Time.

Training: Initial training will take place from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Central Time for the first few weeks.

Compensation: $17.23 per hour (dependent on geographic location), with a potential bonus of $500 per month based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls from residential and commercial clients, striving to provide top-tier customer service while addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Accurately document customer information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Communicate company policies effectively and offer innovative solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries promptly.
  • Meet monthly sales and product education targets by promoting our healthy hydration options.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to offer alternative solutions and retain customers.
Qualifications:

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of prior customer service or call center experience.
  • Experience with live chat and customer retention is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Technical Requirements:
  • A designated workspace at home suitable for a Home Agent workstation.
  • A distraction-free work environment, ensuring no background noise affects customer interactions.
  • The workspace must be organized to protect confidential customer information.
  • Previous experience in setting up and troubleshooting remote workstations is preferred.
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 15 mbps upload speed is required.
  • Devices must be connected to the router/modem via Ethernet cable; wireless connections are not permitted.
  • Compliance with internet speed and connection requirements is mandatory.
