We are seeking a skilled Painter/Abrasive Blaster to join our team at ADM in Decatur, IL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for blasting and painting railcars to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Blast and paint railcars to meet company standards
  • Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • Experience in industrial abrasive blasting and painting
  • Ability to pass an entry-level blasting and painting test
  • Ability to wear respirator and follow safety procedures
