We are seeking a skilled Painter/Abrasive Blaster to join our team at ADM in Decatur, IL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for blasting and painting railcars to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Blast and paint railcars to meet company standards
- Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Experience in industrial abrasive blasting and painting
- Ability to pass an entry-level blasting and painting test
- Ability to wear respirator and follow safety procedures
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture
