**Job Description**

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in the nursing process, assisting registered nurses with patient care, and collecting data for assessment. You will also contribute to implementing a formal plan of care and adhere to safety policies and procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be proficient in computerized nursing informatics and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. We welcome candidates who meet one or more of the following qualifications:

  • MA Certified Nursing Assistant License
  • Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program
  • Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or National CMA
  • Successful completion of an EMT Program or EMT-B/EMT-P License
  • Successful completion of an LPN Program
  • Equivalent clinical Military experience
  • Nursing student who is currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing School Program and has completed Fundamentals of Nursing/Nursing 101 in lieu of a Nursing Assistant Program
  • Successful completion of the Cape Cod Hospital Nursing Assistant Training program
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification
  • Successful passage of CPI training within 6 months of hire and must maintain recertification annually

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)
