At Soleo Health Inc, we are committed to simplifying complex care and improving patients' lives every day. As a Medical Infusion Specialist with our team, you will have the opportunity to provide primary patient care for assigned patients, administering IVIG and other nursing services in accordance with best practices.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering IVIG, educating patients on their treatment, and completing comprehensive nursing assessments.
- You will also establish peripheral intravenous lines, access/maintain central venous lines, and efficiently submit clinical records.
- We are looking for an experienced nurse who can provide excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills, as well as clear communication and collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
About You:
- We are seeking an RN or LPN with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in infusion therapy.
- A background in ICU and/or Cardiac Care is a plus, but not required.
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and possess a valid state-issued driver's license with no significant restrictions.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A flexible schedule, with around 5 hours of work per month on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and additional hours as needed.
- No weekends or holidays.
- 401(k) with a match, paid time off, and a referral bonus.
