Job Description

As a Renal Care Specialist - Hemodialysis Nurse at Fresenius Medical Care, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of improving the lives of those living with kidney disease. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing hemodialysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in hemodialysis or a related field. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing hemodialysis
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient condition
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements
  • RN license and current CPR certification
  • Experience in hemodialysis or a related field (preferably)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
