We are seeking a skilled Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SysMind Tech. As a Technical Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with experience in medical device quality and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

About the Role
  • Assess and improve quality processes to ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives into daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality processes and procedures.

In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485:2019 and 21 CFR 820 regulations.
  • Experience with FMEA, CAPA, and audit processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
