Role Responsibilities:

What You Will Be Responsible For:
As a Media Planning Supervisor, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to clients through the development, execution, and oversight of comprehensive media strategies. Your goal will be to identify optimal investment opportunities across various platforms to enhance client outreach to targeted demographics.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a data-driven environment. You will play a key role in strategic planning activities, which include:

  • Overseeing planning initiatives and working closely with multiple teams to implement strategies across diverse channels such as digital, television, audio, social media, and programmatic advertising.
  • Crafting audience strategies by utilizing a wide array of data sources (first-party, second-party, and third-party) while staying attuned to evolving audience trends in the digital space.
  • Managing the development of tactical plans, recommendations, and negotiations for your assigned channels.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with essential stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Leading strategic planning efforts encompassing deck creation, budget management, and audience development.
  • Analyzing data to guide investment decisions and channel allocation.
  • Establishing guidelines and budget distributions.
  • Overseeing daily campaign execution to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contributing to the development of strategic approaches and experience design by providing actionable channel insights based on historical performance and market opportunities.
  • Mentoring and managing Associates and Senior Associates.
Candidate Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning across various channels.
  • Strong background in digital media is preferred.
  • A resourceful, inquisitive, and driven individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with media systems/platforms (Kantar, MOAT, Prisma, ComScore) is a plus.
