- 10+ years of experience in investment management or a related field
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on team development and client service
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
