Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Identity Management systems, ensuring seamless authentication and authorization for over 75,000 users worldwide.
  • Develop and implement robust security strategies, leveraging expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft client operating systems, and Active Directory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of large-scale, complex projects, and ensure alignment with global IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, applying knowledge of ITIL processes and methods to drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize scripting skills with PowerShell to automate tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Identity Management production support, with a proven track record of driving large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) with CybeArk/Delinea and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with MIM, SailPoint, or Okta.
  • Strong technical and non-technical communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence.
  • Experience working in a globalized environment, with a deep understanding of cloud security and database management.
