Job Overview

eInfochips, Inc. seeks a highly skilled DFT Engineer - Advanced ASIC Development to join its team. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to map customer designs into Honeywell's ASIC technology, manage timing constraints, simulate and conduct code synthesis, and provide customer support. Additionally, the DFT Engineer will be responsible for preparing documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess 8 years of ASIC development and deployment experience, with a strong background in BIST, Design for Test (DFT), physical synthesis, static timing analysis, and/or power analysis. In-depth knowledge of logic synthesis and functional verification, as well as experience with Synopsys toolset (ICC2, PrimeTime, Lynx), is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, data organization skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and web navigation are also essential.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $132,800 - $201,200 per year, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at offer.

Location

The position is based in Plymouth, MN 55441, with the requirement to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.
