About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Silfab Solar. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and ensuring that our facilities are safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
  • Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and performance
  • Monitor parts inventory and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical technology, mechatronics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, mechanical, and robotics systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
