Job Opportunity at Soar Autism Center

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 2-6, working closely with our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement intervention plans and foster meaningful relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children in our clinic, adhering to the highest standards of the profession
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
  • Foster strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification

Qualifications:

  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar Autism Center
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with children
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
