At Rogers Behavioral Health, we're dedicated to providing top-notch Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions to our patients. We're seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist - Patient Care Specialist to join our team



Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Behavioral Therapist - Patient Care Specialist to support our treatment programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CBT and excellent communication skills. This role involves working closely with our clinical team to design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide CBT services to patients, including group therapy and individual sessions, in accordance with clinical standards of care.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions with our clinical leader to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Document patient services according to applicable regulations and payer expectations.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Communicate with interdisciplinary team members and support systems to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on CBT interventions and behavioral treatment plans.
  • Participate in on-going education and training to maintain expertise in CBT and related areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining a current knowledge base of department processes and procedures.


Education & Experience:

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field. Relevant CBT experience and a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential are also required. A current and active driver's license is preferred but not required.



Required Trainings:


  • American Heart Association CPR certification within thirty days of hire.
  • Training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within sixty days of hire.
  • Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) trainings within ninety days of hire.


Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $29.23 to $42.11 per hour, based on experience and education. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employee share program, and more.
