Job Summary

Behavior Analysis and Support Services (BASS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team in providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality services that promote independence and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of BCBAs and behavior therapists in the implementation of ABA services
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans and goals for clients
  • Conduct regular training and consultation with caregivers and staff
  • Ensure compliance with BASS policies and state and federal regulations
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to the growth and improvement of BASS

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
  • BCBA certification and/or licensed professional
  • At least three years' experience in ABA services, including staff training and supervision
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analytic interventions and concepts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
