Job Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team at New Behavior Transitions. This role involves overseeing the delivery of behavioral services, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring that clients receive high-quality care.

As a Clinical Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Conducting observations and providing feedback to behavior therapists
• Modeling technical, professional, and ethical behavior
• Guiding case conceptualization, problem-solving, and decision-making repertoires
• Reviewing written materials, such as behavior programs and data sheets
• Evaluating the effects of service delivery and making recommendations for improvement

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also:
• Collaborate with staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Provide training to staff on using behavior analytic techniques
• Manage a caseload of clients and behavior therapists
• Attend regular meetings with clinical managers to discuss cases and receive training

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
