The ideal candidate will hold an MD/DO from a recognized institution, have successfully completed residency training leading to board certification, and maintain an active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State or territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in direct clinical practice while overseeing and managing all facets of the service, which includes a comprehensive research initiative and providing mentorship and training for medical residents and other healthcare trainees.
  • Utilize patient and staff feedback, along with anticipated needs, to inform planning and service delivery.
  • Design service provision with a focus on patient-centered care to improve patient education and collaborative decision-making.
  • Foster a customer-focused environment and support the recruitment of individuals who align with this ethos.
  • Proactively identify and promote the adoption of best practices in customer service.
  • Address and eliminate obstacles that hinder effective service delivery.
  • Empower team members to independently resolve issues and complaints at the most immediate level.
  • Facilitate resource sharing to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of customer service.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Competitive starting salary range: $245,000-$400,000
  • Standard work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Generous Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually (including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays, and potentially 5 days for Continuing Medical Education)
  • No restrictive Physician Employment Contract and flexibility for additional professional engagements
