Patient Support Specialist

Position Overview:
At RadNet, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through our commitment to innovation and advanced technology. As a RO Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from patients regarding billing inquiries and services with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Address general patient inquiries and provide updates while resolving issues with accuracy and care.
- Maintain and update patient demographic and insurance information as necessary.
- Collect information to facilitate claim payments and re-file claims with insurance providers.
- Review accounts to identify outstanding balances and communicate the details effectively.
- Process payments over the phone and negotiate payment arrangements with patients.
- Clarify insurance explanations of benefits (EOB) to patients.

- Demonstrates a genuine passion for customer service and maintains professionalism in all interactions.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and multitasking skills.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks effectively while delivering top-notch customer service.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred.
- Proficient computer skills with a typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Familiarity with medical insurance processes and terminology, including explanations of benefits (EOB).
Compensation:
Pay Rate: USD $21.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Morning shifts available, Monday through Friday.
