Job Summary:

Monroe One BOCES is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide clerical support on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general clerical support, including telephone skills, typing/word processing, filing, and office organization.
  • Greet visitors, staff, and students in a professional and accommodating manner.
  • Collate materials and organize materials for mailings.
  • Open and distribute mail.
  • Perform other duties as required by department Administrator.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Office experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential material appropriately.
  • Physically able to perform all essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
