Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Steward to support our various business units in the application of regulatory systems and tools. The successful candidate will lead and/or support various Salesforce and/or SAP EH&S systems, data projects, and manage day-to-day regulatory system and process activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day activities related to Salesforce and SAP EH&S systems, including troubleshooting and solving product stewardship and master data issues.
  • Provide product stewardship system solutions, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate and support corporate and business project work for SAP and Salesforce, including data migration/transformation, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare and deliver training on Salesforce and SAP EH&S system topics.
  • Master data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate in global teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product stewardship/regulatory compliance, supply chain, IT, or related SAP area.
  • Working experience with global teams in Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe/Middle East/Africa regions.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, customer focus, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent writing/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and working experience in SAP a plus.
