Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain vendor accounts, including updating contact information and tracking payment history
  • Research and resolve vendor statements and discrepancies
  • Prepare and process use tax reports and payments
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

The work environment is a typical office setting with moderate distractions. The employee must be able to sit for extended periods, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and talk or hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
