Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate DoD and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members concerning all security administrative functions, such as personnel security, information and system security, COMSEC, and physical security to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Receive and process classified material, including receipt, distribution, inventory, reproduction, and disposition.
  • Act as Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO) for projects, ensuring the protection of classified information and proprietary information.
  • Develop and conduct security briefings and security education programs to ensure staff awareness and compliance.
  • Investigate losses and security violations, recommending corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Manage the continuing eligibility program for employees, ensuring their eligibility for access to classified information.
  • Periodically inspect the facility to ensure physical security measures are in place and effective.
Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • 5+ years of relevant DoD/IC security-related experience
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Previous experience administering and coordinating DoD or other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills
