Job Title: Records Clerk

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Records Clerk to support the US Air Force (USAF) Security Forces (SF) Criminal Justice Indexing Cell (CJIC). As a Records Clerk, you will play a critical role in converting legacy criminal history paper records into searchable digital format for improved data analysis and long-term storage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert paper records to searchable digital files using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology.
  • Verify key fields for accuracy and ensure compliance with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) standards.
  • Manage data into prescribed digital formats required by external databases.
  • Inventory and track related materials and case documents.
  • Prepare files for scanning by removing fasteners and bindings, flattening bent corners, and adjusting document orientation.
  • Conduct 100% paper to image verification to ensure images are readable and free of defects.
  • Provide information, records management, and administrative support to military or civilian personnel assigned to USAF or SF centralized indexing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience with records management and data entry projects, or in general administration.
  • Experience handling sensitive information, such as CUI, HIPPA, PII, and LEI.
  • Acute attention to detail and working knowledge of quality management best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity and professionalism.
Education and Security Clearance:
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience (2 years), with a preference for concentration in a management discipline such as Police Administration, Criminal Justice, or Business Administration.
  • Active DOD Secret security clearance.
