As a Store Manager with Spencer's & Spirit Halloween, you will oversee the entire operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain exceptional Guest Services, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effectively control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, and inventory control to optimize store performance.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, including setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
