Job Overview

Genmab is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join its Center for Outcomes Research and Epidemiology. This role will be responsible for developing and executing robust health economics, outcomes research, and real-world evidence plans that align with brand strategies, medical affairs strategies, and clinical development plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CORE tactical plans in alignment with CORE strategies and broader brand, medical, and market access strategies.
  • Review and maintain knowledge in therapeutic area unmet needs, treatment guidelines, market access landscapes, and impact of treatments on clinical, economic, and patient-reported outcomes.
  • Contribute to the generation and compilation of evidence to demonstrate unmet needs in disease/value of products, focusing on outcomes meaningful to payers, clinical decision-makers, and regulators.
  • Manage external vendors in conducting HEOR research projects, defining/providing input into study design, data analysis, and results.
  • Ensure all research is conducted with high scientific rigor.
  • Contribute to the development of publications and presentations of research accomplishments at scientific conferences and forums.
  • Develop customer-facing materials (e.g., value dossiers, field decks) and tools (e.g., BIMs, cost calculators) to communicate value to payer customers.
  • Investigate real-world datasets of interest to inform investment strategies in RWD across oncology portfolios.
  • Develop/present research-related topics to extended or cross-functional teams.
  • As a member of the CORE team, contribute to department strategies and objectives, as well as represent CORE on key initiatives.
  • As a member of the CORE team, support pipeline assets as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate (Masters/PhD) degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or health policy in the life sciences industry.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Oncology experience preferred.
  • PhD preferred.
  • Demonstrated research accomplishments as evidenced by a history of peer-reviewed publications.
  • Ability to work well in a team and cross-functional environment, as well as work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with tight timelines.
  • Ability to be proactive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate key insights into strategy/tactics.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
