Position Overview:

As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor at BrightStar Care of Richmond, you will play a vital role in managing the clinical operations for both skilled and non-skilled home care clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the clinical department, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Provide training and continuous education for new and existing staff members.
- Supervise field staff to maintain standards of care.
- Deliver hands-on nursing care as needed.
- Manage on-call responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct assessments for new clients to determine care needs.
- Coordinate scheduling to optimize staff and client needs.
- Collaborate with accounts to secure necessary authorizations.

Qualifications:

- Must possess a current, unrestricted RN license to practice in Virginia.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- At least 2 years of experience in providing infusion services.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
- Clean background and criminal record required.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance with state and federal laws.

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
Starting from $75,000 annually

Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- On-call duties as required

Work Environment:
In-person
