Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a motivated sales and service team, driving branch success through consultative sales approaches.
  • Maintain own sales goals while supporting the Branch Manager in building a high-performing team.
  • Coach team members through one-on-one sessions, holding them accountable for overall performance.
  • Maximize customer relationships by participating in community events, business networking, and proactive efforts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with at least one year of demonstrated sales achievement or a High School Diploma/GED with five years of experience.
  • Retail Banking experience is preferred, along with one year of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • The ability to travel as needed for training.
