Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing hemodialysis
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:

  • 1 year of nephrology nursing experience within the last 2 years as a RN
  • Chronic hemodialysis experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 200 lbs and move equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
