We are in search of a dedicated Project Manager to join our Client Success team, playing a crucial role in steering our clients through the comprehensive implementation journey. You will collaborate with a diverse range of clients, from large enterprises to Fortune 500 companies and some of the most cherished brands worldwide. With a commitment to ongoing learning and development, you will revolutionize our clients' hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish robust relationships with our most significant and intricate clients, serving as a trusted advisor and project leader throughout the implementation phase.
  • Utilize Paradox's implementation framework to guarantee a consistent client experience and accelerate the timeline for clients to realize value from our solutions.
  • Create and oversee project plans to deliver the agreed-upon products and services.
  • Manage all project schedules, operations, and communications, both internally and externally. This includes conducting regular status updates, coordinating meetings, providing timely progress reports, tracking milestones and outstanding tasks, and ensuring visibility into project risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
  • Collaborate with internal Paradox teams to execute platform configurations, integrate systems, enhance features, and monitor progress towards timely completion of deliverables.
  • Work closely with the client management team to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure a seamless transition into go-live and ongoing utilization.
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to team members while documenting processes for continuous enhancement.
  • Advocate for clients with our product teams, influence roadmap decisions, and propose improvements to our client onboarding procedures.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience leading Project Management for complex software implementation initiatives in a SaaS context.
  • Familiarity with the HR technology sector, including HCM, HRIS, ATS, and CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and integration partners.
  • Experience executing implementation projects for organizations with over 10,000 employees.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various channels, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience managing formal project plans using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, Financial Force, etc.).
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to lead through influence.
  • Exhibits a positive demeanor and an empathetic approach.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
