Residential Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Practitioner to join our team at Special Service for Groups- APAIT. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating residential treatment programs and providing high-quality patient care.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with diverse populations. You will be responsible for administering medications, conducting HIV/STI testing, and implementing treatment plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate residential treatment programs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Administer oral and intramuscular medications at clinic and field-based residential sites.
- Provide education and support to clients on medication management and adherence.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Current CA LVN license in good standing.
- Upholds HIPAA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
