Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

  • Track and uphold daily production targets.
  • Communicate production objectives to team members at the beginning of each shift.
  • Prepare regular reports on production performance, addressing status, challenges, and metrics.
  • Generate job travelers and receipts.
  • Monitor and rectify ERP entries.
  • Coordinate information sharing during shift transitions with fellow supervisors and management.
  • Ensure equipment and tools operate safely and effectively.
  • Submit work orders for necessary maintenance repairs.

  • Maintain a clean and safe production environment.
  • Inspect production outputs to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Document non-conformities and manage deviations.
  • Analyze quality defects and implement corrective measures.

Customer Interaction:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with employees and stakeholders.
  • Exhibit a commitment to customer service, providing support with a genuine desire to assist.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Associate's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
  • Willingness to work shifts, particularly second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
  • Proven leadership skills with effective team management capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of safety and quality regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced computer skills.
