Crimson Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant Creditors and General Ledger Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all accounts payable processes for our German branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounts payable processes for our German branches, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Review and post incoming invoices, as well as bookings of various business transactions (AP, GL, intercompany), to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Allocate, book, and reconcile cash and bank transactions to maintain our financial integrity and accuracy.
  • Support cash planning procedures to ensure an overview of available liquidity at all times.
  • Ensure account reconciliations and open items are completed or balanced in a timely manner, particularly for monthly reporting requirements.
  • Support colleagues in the finance team with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS, HGB, and tax regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial accounting, with a focus on creditors and general ledger management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including IFRS, HGB, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
