Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Field Operations to lead our field operations and project execution teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other field staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to grow the business.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in general contracting, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a demonstrated commitment to core values such as Passion, Integrity, Hard Work, Professionalism, and Caring.

Working Conditions:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with occasional site visits required. The successful candidate will be required to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, and perform tasks that require fine motor skills. Specific vision abilities are necessary.
