About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembler I to join our team at Roush. As a key member of our production team, you will assist and learn from a senior assembler, performing basic manufacturing and cleaning work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist a Senior Assembler with assembling products and sub-components to support vehicle production and other products
  • Support vehicle and material movement in and around the facility
  • Follow electronic build book for assembly instructions
  • Clean and prepare components and vehicles for production
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow established safety procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with computer usage
  • Ability to learn and follow written instructions
  • Ability to perform fine hand manipulation
  • Knowledge of tools and their use
  • Ability to focus on details and quality of work
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School automotive shop class(es)
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends
  • Experience performing personal vehicle maintenance
