We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Medical Team Lead to join our team at CrowdRx, a leading provider of event medical services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality medical care at events in the San Francisco area.
Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to event medical teams, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent patient care and respond to emergency situations.
- Develop and implement site plans and emergency action plans to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless event operations and high-quality patient care.
- Conduct field training and education to ensure that event medical teams are equipped to handle a wide range of medical situations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with event medical services.
- Provide detailed reports and documentation to management staff.
- Interface with internal and external partners to collaborate on ongoing projects and operations.
- 2-3 years of experience as an EMT with prior supervisory or leadership experience.
- Current and valid EMT certification, state-approved CPR certification, BLS card, and Driver's License.
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient understanding of county/state geography, protocols, procedures, and policies.
