Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager, Advertising to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, executing, and communicating analytics reporting for all national and regional advertising campaigns. This role will involve generating qualified consumer leads with an end-to-end approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital and traditional marketing strategies tailored to meet business objectives, target audience demographics, and industry trends.
  • Distribute engaging and relevant audience-based content across various channels for cohesive messaging, including website, email, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms. Provide campaign optimization recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Utilize audience research and data analysis to identify and segment target audiences, ensuring that marketing messages resonate with specific customer segments.
  • Act as the main point of contact with media agency, which includes daily management of company's advertising efforts such as: planning, executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Track and manage METUS' advertising budget.
  • Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions through effective segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience at advertising agency, publisher, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

What We Offer

Mitsubishi Electric US offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $104,000 to $143,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
