Bank Operations Manager

Vaco Memphis is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the daily operations of the Deposit Operations, Loan Servicing, Open Banking Operations, Contact Center, Wire Desk and Branch Support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve processes and procedures to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with departments and business partners to implement company policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial standards.
  • Stay current on industry developments and best practices in operations and compliance functions through participation in industry associations and peer bank counterparts.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and information security standards for the Bank Operations Department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Banking.
  • 10+ years of banking experience, with a strong background in Deposit and Loan operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements related to deposit and loan products, including wire and ACH processing.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, working under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking software.
