POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinician to become part of our dedicated team, providing outstanding support to individuals dealing with addiction and substance use disorders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver tailored treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Crisis Management
  • Perform comprehensive intake evaluations, develop treatment strategies, and facilitate discharge planning
  • Involve family members in the recovery journey to enhance support
  • Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and educational sessions
  • Conduct regular counseling meetings and provide crisis intervention as necessary
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to monitor client progress and participate in agency discussions
  • Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
  • Provide case management services as needed
