Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, including scheduling inbound loads, receiving paperwork, and maintaining spreadsheets of data related to received shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling inbound loads and receiving paperwork
  • Maintaining spreadsheets of data related to received shipments
  • Communicating with Buyers on purchase order issues
  • Performing administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience with MS Office, with skills at intermediate level in Excel
  • Previous experience as a Receiving Clerk or similar position
  • Basic math and recording abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal human relations and teaming skills
  • Able to work independently
