The E-commerce Customer Experience Specialist II is a key member of our customer experience team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers. As a specialist in e-commerce, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and reactive customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and issues, using approved de-escalation tactics to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Manage customer databases and order management systems, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM, and Zendesk.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
