This 0.625 FTE position offers a 10-hour workday schedule, with 5 days of work in a 2-week pay period. The role is located in Eden Prairie and involves 100% outpatient practice, Monday through Friday, with no weekends, call, or holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and consult with physicians as needed.
  • Participate in the healthcare team and promote effective communication among team members.
  • Act as a resource to the team and provide support in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Certification as a Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to meet criteria for credentialing and hospital privileges.

Physical Demands:

  • Medium Work: lifting up to 32 lbs occasionally, up to 25 lbs frequently.
