Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement warehouse operations strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OSHA, HACCP, and other safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of warehouse staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control systems, and other relevant technologies.
