Role Summary

  • Effectively manage and validate orders initiated by sales representatives, ensuring precision and compliance with established timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply/Demand Planner to address demand variability, align with financial parameters, and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Oversee market order shipments, confirming that all requisite pre-shipping documentation (such as Proforma Invoices) is completed promptly.
  • Proactively create codes in SAP for new product introductions, forecasting purchase orders, generating invoices, and optimizing the order fulfillment workflow.
  • Facilitate regular S&OP meetings, providing estimated delivery timelines for all ordered SKUs to Precision Hire Solution Country Managers and Sales teams, ensuring effective communication with both local and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and update the status of all orders, preparing detailed reports for management. Evaluate forecast accuracy and customer service KPIs, offering insights to improve Supply & Demand Planning.
  • Monitor OTIF percentages and engage in discussions with Supply & Demand Planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to sustain safety stock levels throughout the fiscal year.
  • Ensure orders are accurately processed in the SAP System for all clients.
  • Conduct regular written reviews with planning flow responsible parties.
  • Facilitate order placement in SAP within three business days.
  • Report directly to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • APICS certification is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP (SD/MM) or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills at both operational and executive levels.
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles, including but not limited to production planning, purchasing, forecasting, and logistics.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Ability to build trust and confidence with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strong customer relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions.
